Returns & Exchanges
At Bellagio Jewellers II we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept the item for exchange with proof of purchase within 15 days after pick up. Please note that we do not offer Cash refunds. The item(s) can be exchanged for replacement or with credit note.
The item(s) must be accompanied with the proof of purchase in original box/packaging. Any item which shows signs of wear, damage, engraving, resizing or otherwise physically altered or personalized in any way will not be accepted for exchange or store credit. Discounted/Sale, Special Order and Custom Order items, are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. Due to health regulations, earrings and body jewellery can not be returned or exchanged for any reason and is FINAL SALE.
Bellagio Jewellers II retains the right to refuse exchanges for any reason listed above upon receipt and inspection of the items.

If choosing the option of Return shipping, please note that is the responsibility of the customer to ensure an insured shipping method in case of loss or damage in shipping.
